Product description:
A dilute insulating varnish (Fan Lishui) is developed for a unique purpose to save energy and increase production.
Product features:

Product use:
Electrical products and electronic components, various types of coils, motors, generators, stators, transformers, relays, anti surge devices, etc.
Instructions:
1. Determine the dilution concentration required by the product characteristics
2, preheat the product to tape flat paste, moisture removed so far
3, cooling to 38 to 54 degrees Celsius
4, Fanli immersed in water for 10-20 minutes until the bubble disappeared
5, the product will drip dry 15-20 minutes
6. As for oven baking, the following recommendations are recommended for baking temperature and time. Make proper adjustments according to different products
1-2 hours ---3250F
2-3 hours ---2750F
3-4 hours ---2500F
6-9 hours ---2300F
Baking time is the physical and chemical characteristics required for the full hardening of the product after baking temperature
Chemical properties:
Water resistance: excellent
Acid resistance (10% sulfuric acid) excellent
Alkali resistance (1% sodium hydroxide) excellent
Salt resistance: excellent
Oil resistance, ASTM D-115 passed
Diluent and varnish maintenance
It must be diluted to obtain a thorough cure. The recommended dilution at the beginning is 20-25%, and the actual dilution is based on the actual conditions
Demand adjustment.
It can be diluted with T-200X or T-100.
Storage and shelf life
When sealed containers are stored at temperatures below 700F and below, the shelf life is 12 months after shipment.
