    Solvent-free polyester resin, has excellent storage stability and excellent performance.

    Application and curing process

    The following is a suggested immersed baking process: it is recommended that the baking cycle

    1, at 250 ℉ - 325 ℉ (121 ℃ -- 121 ℃) preheating to remove moisture. 1-2 hour @ 325 ℉ (163 ℃)

    Note: if you use the thermosetting adhesive tape, please according to the manufacturer's recommendations for processing in advance. 2-3 hour @ 300 ℉ (149 ℃)

    * the above listed time after time to reach the set temperature

    2, cooled to 130 ℉ - 140 ℉ (54 ℃ to 60 ℃).

    3, immersed until bubbling stop (about 15-30 minutes);

    4, artifacts, drip dry 5-20 minutes;

    5, in the preheated oven baked according to recommended time and temperature.

    Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI)

    The following recommendations for CC - 1105 in VPI technology commonly used in the operation, in particular applications can be according to the need for the corresponding adjustment

    1, the workpiece in the leaching tank, keep dry vacuum 1-4 MMHG 30 to 60 minutes, for forming the windings vacuum

    In between each layer of mica tape 20 minutes;

    Pieces of at least 1 inch (25.4 mm);

    3, maintain the vacuum 20 to 60 minutes;

    4, release the vacuum, then put 80-90 psi (0.55 0.62 MPa) pressure and maintain a 30-120 minutes;

    5, for forming the windings, the holding pressure time in each layer of mica tape for 15 minutes, and then release pressure;

    6, moving slowly from the resin work pieces, recommended speed per minute rate of 4 inches (101.6 mm);

    7, if the workpiece at a certain Angle of suspension rather than the level of suspension, drip dry effect is better;

    8, according to the above recommended baking process for curing.

    Application: flexible coil for the flexible forming the windings, at 235 ℉ (113 ℃) under curing for 20 minutes.

    * after the coil installation, equipment should be whole impregnation and curing, the seal and achieve set bond strength.

    Equipment Suggestions and preventive measures

    CC - 1105 May react with copper, copper alloy and natural rubber. Therefore, should not be used in the tank or circulatory system

    Storage and shelf life

    When stored at 70 ℉ (21 ℃) and the temperature in the sealed container, a year after the shelf life is shipped from the factory.

    1, store in a dry place, at a temperature of 70 ℉ (21 ℃) and the following;

    2, avoid direct sunlight and heat source.
