    Product overview
    This product is an electric insulation impregnating resin which is sold well in the market,
    It is a versatile, economical, solvent free polyester resin with excellent storage tank stability and excellent performance.

    Application and curing process
    The following recommended immersion baking process: recommended baking cycle
    In 1, 250 degrees Fahrenheit (-325 degrees Fahrenheit 121 DEG -163 DEG) under preheating to remove moisture; 1-2 hours @325 degrees F (163 C)
    Note: if thermosetting tape is used, please make pretreatment according to manufacturer's suggestion. 2-3 hours @300 degrees F (149 C)
    * the time listed above is the time after reaching the set temperature
    2, cooling to 130 degrees Fahrenheit (-140 degrees Fahrenheit 54 DEG -60 DEG);
    3, soak until the bubble stops (about 15-30 minutes);
    4, the dry 5-20 minutes;
    5. Bake in the preheated oven according to the recommended time and temperature.
    Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI)
    The following suggestions are the common operation of CC-1105 in VPI process,
    In specific applications, the corresponding adjustment can be carried out according to the need.
    1, put the workpiece into the pot, keep the 1-4mmHg dry vacuum for 30-60 minutes, for the forming winding coil vacuum
    Each layer is calculated with mica tape for 20 minutes;
    2, vacuum in the resin input into the pot, it is best to make the resin from the bottom of the pot into the flow, the resin surface did not work
    It's at least 1 inches (25.4mm);
    3. Maintain vacuum for 20-60 minutes;
    4, release the vacuum, and then apply 80-90psi (0.55-0.62 MPa) pressure and maintain for 30-120 minutes;
    5, for forming winding coil, the holding time is calculated by applying pressure of mica tape for 15 minutes, and then releasing pressure;
    6. Remove the workpiece slowly from the resin and recommend a rate of 4 inches (101.6mm) per minute;
    7, if the workpiece is suspended in suspension angle rather than horizontal, dry well;
    8. Curing in accordance with the recommended baking process.
    Application of flexible coil:
    For the flexible forming winding at 235 degrees F (113 C) cured under 20 minutes.
    * after installation, the equipment should be impregnated and cured to seal and achieve the specified bond strength.
    Equipment recommendations and preventive measures
    CC-1105 may react with copper, copper alloy and natural rubber.
    Therefore, it should not be used in storage tanks or circulation systems
    Storage and shelf life
    When stored at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) and temperature in sealed container,
