An overview of the
One-component solvent-free epoxy resin.
Low viscosity epoxy resin, freon, resistant heat cured with persistent high temperature resistant properties of H level above.
application
This resin is widely used in low to medium voltage industrial seal motor impregnation.
Excellent insulation at high temperature and mechanical performance, can also be applied in the traction motor and transformer.
Operation process
It is mainly used for atmospheric pressure or vacuum pressure impregnation process.
Due to the special reactivity, this product can also be used in any form of hot dip process (atmospheric pressure, rolled or dripping leaching).
In the process of hot dipping, the motor should be under 90 ℃ preheat before impregnation, gelation and curing process under the condition of 160 ℃ for 5 hours or 2 hours to complete under the condition of 170 ℃ (test temperature on copper wire).
Depends on the course of curing oven operation parameter setting, this process can be optimized under HuaHan technical support team.
packaging
20 kg keg
200 kg a barrel
Storage environment
Below 25 ℃, valid for up to 12 months. Higher temperatures will lead to storage period shorten.
Such as resin is stored in large storage tank, it is suggested that kept under standard atmospheric pressure dry air or nitrogen.
Health and safety
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wear safety gloves and eye operation.
