Product overview:
One component solvent-free epoxy resin.
Low viscosity epoxy resin, resistant to freon, after heat curing, it has the properties of high temperature resistance above H grade.
Application areas:
It is widely used in low-pressure to medium pressure industrial sealed motor (stator or coil), as well as refrigeration compressor motor, air conditioning compressor motor cold resistant medium, Freon. Excellent insulation and mechanical properties at high temperature, and can also be used in traction motors and transformers.
Operation process:
It is mainly used for atmospheric pressure or vacuum pressure impregnation process.
Due to special reactivity, this product can also be used in any form of hot immersion (atmospheric immersion, rolling or dipping).
During the process of high temperature impregnation, the motor should be preheated at 90 degrees before impregnation, and the gelation and curing process will be completed within 2 hours at 160 hours or 4 hours or 170 hours.
The curing process depends on the setting of the oven's parameters, the size of the product and the design results.
Packing: 20 kilograms and 200 kilograms
Storage environment:
Under 25 centigrade, the effective period can be up to 12 months, and the storage period will be shortened by high temperature.
It is recommended to keep dry, ventilated, cool, and light - free storage at standard atmospheric pressure
