    Overview

    Single component solvent-free epoxy resin.

    Low viscosity, resistant to Freon, and has long-lasting high temperature resistance above grade H after thermal curing.

    Application

    This resin is widely used for impregnation of low-pressure to medium pressure industrial sealing motors.

    Excellent insulation and mechanical properties at high temperatures can also be applied to traction motors, refrigeration motors, and transformers.

    Operation process

    Mainly used in atmospheric or vacuum pressure impregnation processes.

    Due to its special reactivity, this product can also be used in any form of hot dip process (atmospheric immersion, roll immersion, or drip immersion).

    During the high-temperature impregnation process, the motor needs to be preheated at 90 ℃ before impregnation, and the gelation and curing process will be carried out at 150 ℃

    Completed within 3-4 hours or 2-3 hours under 160 ℃ conditions (testing temperature on copper wire).

    The curing process depends on the parameter settings of the oven being operated, and this process can be optimized with the support of the technical team.

    Below 25 ℃, the shelf life can reach 12 months, stored in a dark, away from heat, fire, and ventilated environment.

    If the resin is stored in a large storage tank, it is recommended to keep it in dry air or nitrogen at standard atmospheric pressure.
